Jacquelyn Luby

Jacquelyn, better known as Jacqui, has lived in Northern VA for the past 20 years and holds a Degree in Business Marketing. She resides in Sterling with her family, one of them being Kailyn the Kidpreneur of KaiBerry Kosmetics. KBK is an all natural skin care brand dedicated to providing your skin with the moisture it deserves. Jacqui has a passion for small business initiatives and providing opportunities of growth for minority owned businesses. She and her daughter look to inspire other kidpreneurs to go after their dreams!

Renee Ventrice

Renee, a US Navy veteran and a Loudoun County resident since 2003. She resides in Ashburn with her husband, Don, and son, Gino. Her company, Cork and Keg Tours, is nationally recognized as one of the top 20 wine tour companies in America, and she has been featured in numerous articles and podcasts for her leadership and trailblazing in the wine and hospitality industry. She’s also the host of the podcast “Start Wine-ing.”

Ben and Andrea Johnson

Ben and Andrea have lived in Loudoun County for the past 20 years.  They are both passionate about helping people reach their full potential, physically, spiritually, and mentally. That passion is what birthed Temple Training over ten years ago. Ben and Andrea have three children and an awesome little Shih Tzu. When they’re not in the gym, you can find Ben and Andrea reading a good book, or finding ways to serve the community they have grown to love!

Kiera Small

Kiera has been a long time resident of Northern Virginia for the last 16 years and a proud Alumni of the Norfolk State Spartans. She has two children with whom she enjoys crafting. She and her son launched a candle making business, Dwele’s Crystal Candles, which you can find on Etsy. Kiera has worn many hats while living in the Loudoun and Fairfax communities ranging from property management to instructing "DIY" Home improvement Workshops and coordinating events. With her experience, she looks forward to supporting Loudoun Shops Black and making a larger imprint in her community.

Leah Fallon

Leah is a Leesburg resident and mother of two strong girls who attend Frederick Douglass Elementary School. She was an educator for 10 years before having children, and later found a passion for writing and editing. She wrote for Loudoun Now and is a copy editor for the website Finder.com, a financial comparison site. Biking and running on the roads of Loudoun fills her time and clears her mind.

Aaron and Danielle Nadler

Aaron and Danielle moved to Leesburg from the West Coast in 2009. Aaron is a director of product at a construction tech company and is the head volunteer on the site’s development. Danielle is a journalist who’s passionate about telling people’s (and business’) stories to accelerate positive change. They believe it’s important to surround their adopted son with doctors, teachers, entrepreneurs, friends and mentors who not only look like him but may have shared experiences. They thank all those in their village who’ve leaned in to help make that possible.
